Attention Back to basics of Energy Healing

“Energy flows where attention goes.” So if you want to live a life of magic & creativity, you MUST learn to master your attention.
Whatever’s under that light of awareness (whatever you give your attention) then grows in importance. Focus on things that make you grateful? Gratitude feelings (AND things that make you grateful) increase. Focus on things that make you anxious? Anxious feelings (AND things that make you anxious) increase. Learning to manage your attention may very well be a required practice for this day and age. 

HOW TO USE YOUR ATTENTION TO HEAL

  • 1- Do a social media audit. Unfollow everything that doesn’t align with who you want to be.
  • 2- Gratitude Journal. Note 3 things you’re grateful for every day.
  • 3- Mindfulness in action: Ask yourself – is this what I want to be focusing on right now?
  • 4- Develop a mindfulness practice.
